DAY OF COORDINATION

You’ve planned the whole thing from start to finish and need someone to make sure it all happens according to your plan so that you can enjoy the day.

  • Virtual event review meeting two weeks prior to wedding
  • Create a detailed timeline and share with vendors
  • Orchestrate timing of all wedding day events including the ceremony, directing guests, reception entrance and special moments
  • Up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage which includes one lead wedding planner

Month of COORDINATION

You’ve done most of the work, but need a little help putting on the final touches and would like a professional to have one more look-over your plans before you say, “I do”.

  • One, two-hour in person meeting 5 weeks prior to the event
  • Handle all vendor communication
  • Create a basic and detailed timeline to share with vendors
  • Orchestrate timing of all wedding day events
  • Proofreading of event website, invitation, and other materials
  • Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage, which includes one lead planner and one assistant
  • Set-up and tear down of personal, non-floral decorations
  • Deliver gratuities to all on-site vendors

PARTIAL PLANNING

You’ve got the ideas and the basics taken care of, but would like professional help bringing them to life, finalizing details, and staying organized along the journey to wedded bliss.

  • Three, two-hour in person meetings
  • Venue walk through
  • Create floor plan and detailed timelines for distribution to vendors
  • Vendor research assistance
  • Assist with budgeting and create payment plan
  • Assist with transportation arrangements for guests and wedding party
  • Assist with hotel room block management
  • Assist with development of printed materials including guest welcome letter, itinerary, and maps
  • Up to 12 hours of wedding day coverage, which includes one lead planner and one assistant
  • Set-up and tear down of personal, non-floral decorations
  • Deliver gratuities and final payments
