Do you want your fruits, veggies, and meats to last longer? Did you know that there are certain places in your fridge that are best for specific foods? Keeping your fridge organized is vital to staying healthy! Check out my favorite infographics and easily start making change with my top 3 tips below:
Tip #1: Those 2 clear drawers at the bottom of your fridge should be adjusted for humidity levels that suit veggies and fruits. Veggies that can wilt belong in high humidity, fruits that rot easily should be in low humidity.
TIp #2: Remember, heat rises! So the bottom part of your fridge is the coldest and where you should keep (raw) foods with high safety risk such as meat and fish.
Tip #3: The door is the warmest part of the fridge – keep your condiments cool here. Contrary to popular practice, do not put your eggs here!
